This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and SY Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for the InSaver mobile application (“App”), including any updates and accompanying documentation.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (for iOS), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App may allow you to access, view, or save content that originates from third-party services (e.g., Instagram). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or their affiliates. Your use of such content must comply with those services’ terms and applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use does not violate any third-party rights or policies.
We (and our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment and subscription terms are governed by the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies. We do not store your payment details.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. We may also terminate or suspend your access at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA. Material changes may be communicated in the App or by email where appropriate.
