This Privacy Policy describes how SY Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the InSaver mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide or Create

In-App Data: Content you create in the App, such as collection names, saved posts, stories, reels, highlights, and search history, is stored locally on your device.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Device Information: We may collect information such as device type, operating system version, and app version to provide support and improve the App.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized or aggregated data about how the App is used (e.g., feature usage, crash reports) to fix bugs and improve performance.

1.3 In-App Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We may receive from Apple information necessary to manage your subscription (e.g., product ID, renewal status) in accordance with Apple’s policies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
Store and sync your collections and saved content (including via iCloud if you enable it).
Process and manage subscriptions and purchases.
Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the App.
Analyze usage in an aggregated or anonymized way to improve the App.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your in-app data is stored on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, a copy may be stored in your iCloud account. We retain automatically collected or analytics data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

With Apple: For in-app purchases and, if you use iCloud, for sync services.
With Service Providers: With vendors who help us operate the App (e.g., hosting, analytics), under contracts that limit their use of data.
For Legal Reasons: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Third-Party Content

The App may allow you to access or save content from third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram). Your interaction with those platforms and their content is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms. We do not control how those platforms collect or use your data.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You can delete in-app data by deleting collections and saved content within the App or by uninstalling the App.
You can disable iCloud sync in your device settings if you do not want data synced to iCloud.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise such rights, contact us at syappsup@gmail.com.
If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data on your device is subject to your device’s security (e.g., passcode, biometrics). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfer

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, may provide additional notice in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
